Two guys meet in college, discover a mutual love of food and wine, and start an award-winning restaurant; now, they have their own radio show. What a story — and Mark Pascal and Francis Schott get to live it. Pascal and Schott own Stage Left Restaurant, one of Zagat’s highest-rated restaurants. They also run a New Jersey wine shop and have branched out to a radio show about what they know best: food. Their show, “The Restaurant Guys,” has cultivated a loyal following. They feature lengthy interviews of famous chefs, wine and food writers, and critics, and they even have a deal to interview chefs from Bravo TV’s show “Top Chef.” The website is a comprehensive archive of their shows, available in MP3 format, as well as some of their favorite recipes. It won’t take you long to become a loyal fan.
