David Pogue, the technology columnist for The New York Times, had an interesting blog post about a column he never wrote. He'd suggested a column about what he bought this past year, but then he realized he didn't buy enough stuff.
Well, not enough hardware, at least.
Each year brings its own list of the top products for the holidays, and shopping search engine Sortprice.com has named the top ten. The list includes a hodge-podge of gadgets and toys, based on data collected by Sortprice.com from user visits and searches.
The Canon S90 is at the top of an eWeek list of the best cameras to buy this holiday season. I've been intrigued by the S90 myself, as my Canon G9 stopped working suddenly—I'm about to send it off to Canon—and I've been wondering whether a camera that's a bit more lightweight might be in order.
