How many times have you tweeted about your favorite song or the song currently stuck in your head, only to wish that there were an easy way to tweet the actual song? twt.fm offers just that (or close to it), essentially turning Twitter into a music sharing and recommendation service. Unlike other music-sharing services, twt.fm doesn’t require any additional accounts — simply log in via Twitter and you’re set. You must know both the track and music artist to find a particular song. If twt.fm can locate a stream for you on the popular music site imeem, it’ll provide you with a page for your track, complete with a short URL for easy tweeting. You can then tweet that page to your friends, or, with a hit of a button, twt.fm will do it for you. Pretty handy, right? If your track doesn’t exist on imeem, no problem; simply provide an MP3 or YouTube link, and twt.fm will turn that link into a custom page outfitted with a simple media player for the track.
